FelNull （以下「当団体」）が運営するDiscord BOT「おしゃべり君」（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくにあたり、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものと見なします。
  1. 利用者は、Discordの規約(https://discord.com/terms)およびDiscordガイドライン(https://discord.com/guidelines)に違反しないものとします。
  2. 利用者は、本サービスを違法行為または悪意のある行為に使用しないものとします。
  3. 利用者は、本サービスの運営を妨害しないものとします。
  4. 本サービスの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当団体は一切責任を負わないものとします。
本サービスは事前の通知なく終了、または本規約を変更する場合があります。

FelNull （以下「当団体」）が運営するDiscord BOT「おしゃべり君」（以下「本サービス」）において、利用者の情報の取扱いについて以下のとおり定めています。
  1. 取得する情報
    本サービスは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
    ユーザーID、サーバーID、チャンネルID
    本サービスの機能を維持するため、データベースに保存します。
    ユーザー名、ニックネーム、メッセージ
    読み上げ用の音声を生成するために取得し、必要な期間のみ保持します。
  2. 情報の保護
    当団体は、収集した情報を紛失、不正アクセス、不正利用、改ざん、または不正な開示から保護するため、可能な限りの対策を講じます。
    ただし、インターネット上での通信や保存において、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
    利用者は、自己責任で情報を送信していただき、これにより生じたいかなる損害についても当団体は責任を負いません。
本サービスは事前の通知なく本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。

By using the Discord BOT “おしゃべり君” (the“Service”) operated by FelNull (“FelNull”,”we”,”us”), you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms of use (the“Terms”).
  1. Users shall not violate Discord Terms(https://discord.com/terms) or Discord Guidelines(https://discord.com/guidelines).
  2. Users shall not use the service for illegal or malicious purposes.
  3. Users shall not interfere with the operation of the service.
  4. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
The service may be terminated or the terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

FelNull (“FelNull”,”we”,”us”) operates a Discord BOT “おしゃべり君”(the“Service”), and the handling of user information is governed by the following provisions.

    User ID、Server ID、Channel ID
    This data will be stored in a database in order to continue providing the service.
    User Name、Nick Name、Message
    This data is collected for the purpose of generating voice output and is retained only for the necessary period of time.

    We take all possible measures to protect the data we collect from loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.
    However, we cannot guarantee complete security for communications or storage on the Internet.
    Users are responsible for sending their own data, and we are not liable for any damage caused by this.
